INSTALLATION
The installation may come with full audio services, depending on what the client requires. The tracking of the vehicle may be done anytime of the day and anywhere, through a cell phone, computer or any of the broadband or Wi-Fi-connected devices. Once the installation is complete, Microbird will host and maintain the service at a reasonable monthly fee. The design and installation costs are charged as a once-off fee.

Our first point of call is designing a product that will suit the clients’ requirements. We then proceed to install the surveillance camera (s) in a manner that will not be easily visible to the occupants of the vehicle, but vividly visible to the person (s) tracking the vehicle with full data schedule of speed of the vehicle is travelling at, time spent on the road, driving intervals, resumption etc.
TECHNICIANS
Our team of technicians are always on standby to attend to our clients. As part of our initial design, we assemble a team of experts to each client that will also incorporate the fleet’s routes in order to ensure that our partners elsewhere in the country are also able to assist in the event of sudden or unforeseen repair or maintenance requirements while vehicles are on a long distance route, which is highly unlikely considering the durability of our products and equipment.

As part of the customer package, one month of the hosting & maintenanceservice is free(only the installation fee is charged) to ascertain the value add of the service to your company.
